At Cellexia Labs, we stand behind the science of our skincare; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full and includes all original documentation.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Apply the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
